Makers note: This combination of knife and sheath is my personal favourite! The Esee 3 is a great sized fixed blade, but its the fit and adaptability I can achieve with this sheath design that makes it my number 1 choice. Use a Thumb Ramp action for a smooth draw of the knife from the sheath. When sheathing the blade, push the blade in until the first mounting screw on the Esee 3 handle sits inside the sheath.

Mounting Options

RMK Belt Slide Mounts:  Come in 3 sizes, small medium and large. This style of sheath mount offers the security of belt loops and ambidextrous carry options. You can switch from 45 degree carry by undoing the bottom mounting screw, pivoting the sheath and remounting in the horizontal carry position. Or undo both mounting screws and flip the whole sheath over for left hand draw.

Molle mount: Attach your sheath to your pack or molle webbing. This mount can also be worn on the belt.

Required information

Carry position:  Read through the following information and have a think about your preferred way to carry the sheath. The clock system pictured below works well for this.

Cross Draw style: For right handed people, the sheath is carried in the 10 o’clock position, for a right hand cross body draw. For lefties the sheath would be worn in the 2 o’clock carry position, for a left hand cross body draw. In the makers opinion, this is the safest way to carry a sharp knife compared to scout carry, because you can see what your doing.

Scout Carry Style: Carried in the small of the back in the 6 O'clock carry position. The handle of the knife points left for left hand draw and points right for right hand draw.

Please advise us of the following details in the notes section when checking out.

Example
Carry position: 10 o'clock carry position
Draw style: Right hand cross draw

Great Product From Down Under

If anyone wants a great low profile carry system for your Esee3, go with RMKleatherworks. Got a green sheath with belt slide mounted 45 degrees and I wear it right of center on back of my belt. Works perfect and looks great, solid craftsmanship!
