What leather do you use for your products & where is it manufactured?
When it comes to the leather we use, our primary focus is quality and we try to support our local tanneries as much as possible. Approximately 50% of the leather we use is Australian made and the rest is imported from Italy, New Zealand & the USA. Our leather goods are made from a range of vegetable tanned, combination tanned and oil tanned leathers, each carefully selected for the product type.
What is your turnaround time on orders?
Most of our leather goods are made to order with a 5 - 10 business day turn around time. Lead times can vary depending on how busy we are, the time or year and the complexity of the product.
If you're meeting a deadline, please contact us to find out the current lead time for the products you’re interested in and we’ll try our best to assist you. Alternatively, we have a showroom in Coolum, QLD with plenty of stock that is ready to ship!
Do your products have a warranty?
We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship and quality materials. We therefore standby the durability of our products' stitching and hardware, as long as they are used for their intended purpose. If for some reason stitching breaks or hardware fails on any of our products, please contact us and we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
