Are you ready to take your craft to the next level? These are the same Chicago screws used in every RMK Leather Works holster, belt and sheath. We've always sourced our hardware to the same standard as our leather, now we are happy to supply high quality stainless steel Chicago screws to creatives.
Two Parts. One Chicago Screw.
A chicago screw has two halves, select both from this page to complete your set:
- Slotted Truss Post: The barrel/post half with a dome head. Four lengths to suit single to heavy multi-layer leather builds.
- Oblique Flat Head Screw: The cap half with a countersunk profile that sits flush against the leather surface. Three lengths for varying thread engagement depths.
Why SS304 Stainless Steel Matters
- Corrosion resistant — won't rust, tarnish, or bleed onto your leather
- Grade 304 is the same specification used in professional knife hardware and marine fittings
- Black oxide finish is durable and consistent across both the post and screw
- Tolerances are tight — thread engagement is firm and the fit is clean
- Thread: #8-32 (Imperial)

- 1/8″ / 3.2mm - our lowest profile post length for slim line builds popular for menu covers
- 3/16″ / 4.8mm - perfect for belts with interchangeable buckles
- 3/8″ / 9.5mm - perfect for knife sheaths and holsters
- 3/4″ / 19.05mm perfect for heavy multi-layer builds, large knife sheaths, magazine pouches, thick pancake holsters

- 3/16″ / 4.75mm - perfect for belts with interchangeable buckles
- 3/8″ / 9.5mm - perfect for knife sheaths and holsters
- 1/2″ / 12.7mm - perfect for heavy multi-layer builds, large knife sheaths, magazine pouches, thick pancake holsters
